• Edrive.am provides information and tools related to electric vehicles, dealers, listings, comparisons, and locations.
• By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
• Some features may require account registration and compliance with applicable laws.

User Obligations

• Do not use the platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights or violates privacy.
• Respect other users and comply with all applicable laws.

Terms of Sale and Service

• Nature of Service
  Paid services on the Edrive platform include promotion of dealership pages and promotion of electric vehicle listings in various sections of the platform.
• Service Activation
  The service is activated immediately after payment confirmation and is provided online. The user receives the benefit of the service/promotion from the moment of payment.
• Refund/Cancellation
  The services are provided immediately after payment. Given the nature of the services and their activation, the amount paid for them is non-refundable.

Service Pricing

The paid promotion services provided on the Edrive platform and their prices are as follows:

• Dealer displayed on homepage: 5,000 AMD / 7 days
• Dealer displayed at the top of the "Dealers" page: 2,500 AMD / 7 days
• EV listing displayed on homepage: 2,500 AMD (rotational)
• EV listing displayed at the top of the "Listings" page: 2,000 AMD (rotational)

Content & Intellectual Property

All site content is owned or licensed by Edrive. Copying or reproducing content without permission is prohibited.

Modifications & Availability

We may change or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
