About Radar
Radar was launched in 2022 by Geely Auto as its electric-lifestyle pickup brand, debuting the RD6 mid-size electric pickup at the Chengdu Motor Show. Built on Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA), the RD6 offers rear- and all-wheel-drive variants with powerful single- or dual-motor setups, a spacious cargo bed and a versatile vehicle-to-load power outlet. After initial deliveries in China’s fourth quarter of 2022, Radar quickly gained attention for blending rugged utility with modern EV features, such as fast charging and advanced driver-assist systems. Geely has since outlined plans for several Radar SUVs and a camper model, aiming to evolve the marque into a full lineup of outdoor-focused electric vehicles.
