Zeekr

Zeekr was launched in October 2021 by Geely Holding under the leadership of founder Li Shufu, positioning it as a premium electric-vehicle marque. Headquartered in Hangzhou, China, Zeekr builds on Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform, debuting with the Zeekr 001 shooting-brake crossover, noted for its performance and long-range battery. It soon added the compact Zeekr X SUV and the seven-seat Zeekr 009 MPV to diversify its lineup. As a direct-to-consumer brand, Zeekr combines online ordering with branded experience centers, achieving strong sales growth in China and expanding to select European markets. Known for rapid software updates and subscription services for key features, Zeekr aims to blend luxury comfort with advanced connectivity in the burgeoning premium EV segment.
